Refund policy

Digital downloads, no returns. Kitgrid Studio kits are digital files you download right away, so we can't take returns or exchanges.

But we'll make it work. If a file won't download, won't open, or doesn't work the way the listing describes, message us through the shop. We'll fix the file or help you get it working within 2 business days. If we can't get it working for you, we'll look at a refund case by case.

What we can't refund. Change of mind, buying the wrong kit, or not having Excel or a Google account. Please read the listing and the "What's inside" photos before you buy, and message us with questions first.

• Gumroad: reply to your receipt email.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the rules of Etsy or Gumroad or the law where you live.
